Returns & FAQ
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Everything in this store is printed to order, one at a time, once you buy it. That's how a channel this size can sell gear at all — I'm not sitting on boxes of stock in the shed. The trade-off is that I can't take general returns or swap sizes, so please check the size guide on the product page before you order.
What I will always sort out is a quality problem. Print error, fault, damage in transit — I'll replace it or refund it.
If something's wrong with your order, send me a photo through the contact form with your order number. Lay the item flat, get good light, and make sure both the tag and the fault are clearly visible. That one step saves a lot of back-and-forth and gets it fixed much faster.
You have 30 days from delivery to raise a quality issue.
Cancelling or changing an order
There's a link in your confirmation email that lets you edit or cancel your order yourself. You can use it any time before the order goes to production.
Once it's gone to production I can't cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a replacement or another resolution depending on the situation — just get in touch.
Donations and tips can't be cancelled or refunded once checkout is complete.
Damage and quality issues
Send the following through the contact form:
Your order number
A photo showing the print error or damaged area
Best photos are on a flat surface with the tag and the fault both clearly in shot.
Refunds
Products. Because everything is made to order, I can't do refunds, returns or exchanges except where there's a quality issue, and I'll need that photo to process it.
Once a refund is approved:
PayPal — back in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours
Credit or debit card — back in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
Donations and tips. Non-refundable once checkout is complete.
Locked messages. Non-refundable once checkout is complete. If you've paid and can't access the message, get in touch through the contact form and I'll sort it out.
Payment methods
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Depending on where you are, Klarna, Afterpay and some local payment methods are available too.
International orders
Orders shipping outside Australia may attract import taxes, duties and customs charges. At checkout you'll see either a pre-collected duty amount or a note about possible import fees, depending on your location and what you've ordered. Either way, those charges are yours to cover — whether they're collected at checkout or when the parcel is delivered. Your local customs office is the best place to check what applies in your country.
Who handles your order
Orders are handled by my merchandising partner and Merchant of Record, Fourthwall.com. They look after order enquiries and returns.
